## SEC. 8311 PASSENGER VESSEL SECURITY AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS; APPLICATION Section 3507(k)(1) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (B), by adding “and” after the semicolon at the end; ####

(2)in subparagraph (C), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and ####

(3)by striking subparagraph (D).
