## SEC. 8287 INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commandant shall brief the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate on a plan to expand the Coast Guard Insider Threat Program to include the monitoring of all Coast Guard devices, including mobile devices. # TITLE LVXXXIII MARITIME ## Subtitle A Navigation
