## SEC. 8277 ANNUAL BOARD OF VISITORS Section 1903(d) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraphs
(2)through
(6)as paragraphs
(3)through (7), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after paragraph
