## SEC. 818 REPEAL OF PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED APPRENTICES FOR MILITARY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS ###
(a)In General Section 2870 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. ###
(b)Conforming Amendments ####
(1)Clerical amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 2851](/us/usc/t10/s2851)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter III of chapter 169 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 2870. ####
(2)Repeal **[**[10 U.S.C. 2870 note](/us/usc/t10/s2870)**]** Section 865 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Stat. 1523) is repealed.
