## SEC. 763 PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FROM DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS TO MEMBERS OF RESERVE COMPONENTS OF THE ARMED FORCES ###

(a)In General Subchapter VIII of chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: > > ## “SEC. 1789 Mental health services for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces > > **[**[38 U.S.C. 1789](/us/usc/t38/s1789)**]** > > The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, may furnish mental health services to members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces.” > . ###

(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[38 U.S.C. 1701](/us/usc/t38/s1701)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of such subchapter is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 1788 the following new item:" “1789. Mental health services for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces.” ".
