## SEC. 6509 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS ###
(a)In General Subsection
(l)of section 310, of title 31, United States Code, as redesignated by section 6103(1) of this division, is amended by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: > > #### “(1) In general > > There are authorized to be appropriated to FinCEN to carry out this section, to remain available until expended— > > > ##### “(A) > > $136,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; > > > ##### “(B) > > $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; and > > > ##### “(C) > > $35,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2026.” > . ###
(b)Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Requirements Section 5336 of title 31, United States Code, as added by section 6403(a) of this division, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(j) Authorization of Appropriations > > There are authorized to be appropriated to FinCEN for each of the 3 fiscal years beginning on the effective date of the regulations promulgated under subsection (b)(4), such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section, including allocating funds to the States to pay reasonable costs relating to compliance with the requirements of such section.” > .
