## SEC. 601 INCREASE IN BASIC PAY **[**[37 U.S.C. 1009 note](/us/usc/t37/s1009)**]** Effective on January 1, 2021, the rates of monthly basic pay for members of the uniformed services are increased by 3.0 percent.
