## SEC. 343 ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS FOR INCLUSION IN NAVY SHIP DEPOT MAINTENANCE BUDGET REPORT Section 363(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: > > #### “(6) > > The execution of the planned schedule, categorized by class of ship, for each of the three preceding fiscal years, including— > > > ##### “(A) > > the actual contract award compared to the milestone; > > > ##### “(B) > > the planned completion date compared to the actual completion date; and > > > ##### “(C) > > each regional maintenance center’s availability schedule performance for on-time availability completion. > > > #### “(7) > > In accordance with the findings of the Government Accountability Office (GAO 20-370)— > > > ##### “(A) > > in 2021, an analysis plan for the evaluation of pilot program availabilities funded by the Other Procurement, Navy account; and > > > ##### “(B) > > in 2022, a report on the Navy’s progress implementing such analysis plan.” > .
