## SEC. 3173 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON THE AGREEMENT SUSPENDING THE ANTIDUMPING INVESTIGATION ON URANIUM FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION It is the sense of Congress that the Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Investigation on Uranium from the Russian Federation, dated October 16, 1992, as most recently amended by an agreement signed by the United States Department of Commerce and the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom of the Russian Federation on October 6, 2020 (85 Fed. Reg. 64112), will provide certainty to the United States nuclear fuel supply chain while avoiding unfair trade practices in the importation of uranium products from the Russian Federation consistent with national security and nonproliferation goals of the United States. # TITLE XXXII DEFENSE NUCLEAR FACILITIES SAFETY BOARD
