## SEC. 3144 TRANSPORTATION AND MOVING EXPENSES FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF DECEASED NUCLEAR MATERIALS COURIERS Section 5724d(c)(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (B), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(D) > > any nuclear materials courier, as defined in section 8331(27); and” > .
