## SEC. 2812 REPEAL OF AUTHORITY TO LEASE SUBSTANDARD FAMILY HOUSING UNITS TO MEMBERS OF THE UNIFORMED SERVICES ###

(a)Repeal **[**[10 U.S.C. 2830](/us/usc/t10/s2830)**]** Section 2830 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. ###

(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 2821](/us/usc/t10/s2821)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter II of chapter 169 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 2830.
