## SEC. 2703 PLAN TO FINISH REMEDIATION ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY THE SECRETARY OF THE ARMY IN UMATILLA, OREGON Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to Congress a plan to finish remediation activities conducted by the Secretary in Umatilla, Oregon, by not later than three years after such date of enactment. # TITLE XXVIII MILITARY CONSTRUCTION GENERAL PROVISIONS ## Subtitle A Military Construction Program Changes
