## SEC. 1701 MODIFICATION OF MISSION OF CYBER COMMAND AND ASSIGNMENT OF CYBER OPERATIONS FORCES Title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in section 167b— #####
(A)in subsection (a)— ######
(i)in the first sentence, by inserting “(1)” before “With the advice”; ######
(ii)in paragraph (1), as designated by clause (i), by striking the second sentence; and ######
(iii)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(2) > > The principal mission of the Cyber Command is to direct, synchronize, and coordinate military cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners.” > ; and #####
(B)by amending subsection
