## SEC. 1701 MODIFICATION OF MISSION OF CYBER COMMAND AND ASSIGNMENT OF CYBER OPERATIONS FORCES Title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in section 167b— #####
(A)in subsection (a)— ######
(i)in the first sentence, by inserting “(1)” before “With the advice”; ######
(ii)in paragraph (1), as designated by clause (i), by striking the second sentence; and ######
