## SEC. 163 PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR THE ARMED OVERWATCH PROGRAM None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for the Department of Defense may be used to, and the Department may not— ####
(1)procure armed overwatch aircraft for the United States Special Operations Command in fiscal year 2021; or ####
(2)procure armed overwatch aircraft for the Air Force in fiscal years 2021 through 2023.
