## SEC. 138 EXTENSION OF LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR RETIREMENT OF RC-135 AIRCRAFT Section 148(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Stat. 1243) is amended by inserting “, or for fiscal year 2021,” after “for fiscal year 2020”.
