## SEC. 1280B APPROPRIATE CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES DEFINED **[**[22 U.S.C. 2321h note](/us/usc/t22/s2321h)**]** In this subtitle, the term “appropriate congressional committees” means— ####

(1)the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate; and ####
