## SEC. 1270D AMENDMENTS TO THE DARFUR PEACE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2006 Section 8(c)(1) of the Darfur Peace and Accountability Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-344; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended by striking “Southern Sudan,” and all that following through “Khartoum,” and inserting “Sudan”.
