## SEC. 1235 MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF UKRAINE SECURITY ASSISTANCE INITIATIVE Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (c)— #####
(A)in paragraph (1), by striking “50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2020 pursuant to subsection (f)(5)” and inserting “50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6)”; #####
(B)in paragraph (2)(B)— ######
(i)in clause (iv), by striking “; and” at the end and inserting a semicolon; ######
(ii)in clause (v), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and ######
(iii)by adding at the end the following: > > ###### “(vi) > > transformation of command and control structures and roles in line with North Atlantic Treaty Organization principles; and > > > ###### “(vii) > > improvement of human resources management, including to support career management reforms, enhanced social support to military personnel and their families, and professional military education systems.” > ; #####
