## SEC. 1214 EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF COMMANDERS’ EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM Section 1201 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112-81; 125 Stat. 1619) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)by striking “December 31, 2020” and inserting “December 31, 2021”; and #####
(B)by striking “$2,500,000” and inserting “$2,000,000”; ####
(2)in subsection (b), by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through the period at the end of paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: > > ### “(b) Quarterly Reports > > > #### “(1) In general > > Beginning in fiscal year 2021, not later than 45 days after the end of each quarter fiscal year, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report regarding the source of funds and the allocation and use of funds during that quarter fiscal year that were made available pursuant to the authority provided in this section or under any other provision of law for the purposes of the program under subsection (a).” > ; and ####
(3)in subsection (f), by striking “December 31, 2020” and inserting “December 31, 2021”.
