## SEC. 9006 OTHER TRANSACTION AUTHORITY EXTENSION ###
(a)Subsection 646(g)(10) of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7256(g)(10)) is amended by striking “September 30, 2020” and inserting “September 30, 2030”. ###
(b)**[**[42 U.S.C. 16237 note](/us/usc/t42/s16237)**]** The provisions of section 602 of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3212) shall apply with respect to construction, alteration, or repair work of demonstration projects funded by grants or contracts authorized under sections 3001, 3003, 3004, 5001, and 8007 and the amendments made by such sections.
