## SEC. 8133 (including transfer of funds) In addition to amounts appropriated in title II or otherwise made available elsewhere in this Act, $300,500,000 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Defense and made available for transfer to the operation and maintenance accounts of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force (including National Guard and Reserve) for purposes of improving military readiness: * Provided*, That the transfer authority provided under this provision is in addition to any other transfer authority provided elsewhere in this Act.
