## SEC. 8089 **[**[10 U.S.C. 2241 note](/us/usc/t10/s2241)**]** In this fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, funds appropriated under the heading “Procurement, Space Force” may be obligated for payment of satellite on-orbit incentives in the fiscal year in which an incentive payment is earned: * Provided*, That any obligation made pursuant to this section may not be entered into until 30 calendar days in session after the congressional defense committees have been notified that an on-orbit incentive payment has been earned.
