## SEC. 8034 (including transfer of funds) Subject to section 8005 of this Act, the Secretary of Defense may transfer funds appropriated in fiscal year 2021 for “Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy: LPD Flight II-LPD 31” to “Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy: LPD 32 (AP)”, and “Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy: LPD 33 (AP)” for fiscal year 2021 advance procurement authorized by section 124(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021: * Provided*, That the transfer authority provided under this provision is in addition to any other transfer authority contained in this Act.
