## SEC. 7054 international monetary fund ###
(a)Extensions The terms and conditions of sections 7086(b)
(1)and
(2)and 7090(a) of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2010 (division F of Public Law 111-117) shall apply to this Act. ###
(b)Repayment The Secretary of the Treasury shall instruct the United States Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund
(IMF)to seek to ensure that any loan will be repaid to the IMF before other private or multilateral creditors.
