## SEC. 348 EFFECTIVE DATE; APPLICABILITY **[**[15 U.S.C. 636 note](/us/usc/t15/s636)**]** Except as otherwise provided in this Act, this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act and apply to loans and grants made on or after the date of enactment of this Act. # TITLE IV TRANSPORTATION ## Subtitle A Airline Worker Support Extension
