## SEC. 303 EMERGENCY RULEMAKING AUTHORITY **[**[15 U.S.C. 9012 note](/us/usc/t15/s9012)**]** Not later than 10 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall issue regulations to carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act without regard to the notice requirements under section 553(b) of title 5, United States Code.
