## SEC. 230 REPORT ON BENEFITS CALCULATION FOR FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURES Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on the extent to which flood insurance premium reductions that result from implementation of a flood risk management project, including structural elements, nonstructural elements, or natural features or nature-based features, are included in the calculation of the benefits of the project by the Corps of Engineers. # TITLE III DEAUTHORIZATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
