## SEC. 156 PLANNING ASSISTANCE TO STATES In carrying out section 22 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 1962d-16), the Secretary shall provide equal priority for all mission areas of the Corps of Engineers, including water supply and water conservation.
