## SEC. 143 PROJECT PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT Section 103(j)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2213(j)(1)) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “ Any project ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(A) In general > > Any project” > ; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(B) Inclusion > > An agreement under subparagraph

(A)shall include a brief description and estimation of the anticipated operations, maintenance, and replacement and rehabilitation costs of the non-Federal interest for the project.” > .
