## SEC. 7 INCLUSION OF NICARAGUA IN LIST OF COUNTRIES SUBJECT TO CERTAIN SANCTIONS RELATING TO CORRUPTION **[**[22 U.S.C. 2277a](/us/usc/t22/s2277a)**]** Section 353 of title III of division FF of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) is amended— ####

(1)in the section heading, by striking “and honduras” and inserting “, honduras, and nicaragua”; and ####

(2)by striking “and Honduras” each place it appears and inserting “, Honduras, and Nicaragua”.
