## Sec. 118 ###
(a)In carrying out the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children for the first and second quarters of fiscal year 2022, the Secretary of Agriculture shall increase the amount of a cash-value voucher to an amount recommended by the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine and adjusted for inflation for women and children participants. ###
(b)Amounts made available by section 101 to the Department of Agriculture for “Domestic Food Programs-Food and Nutrition Service-Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)” shall be apportioned at the rate for operations necessary to accommodate the increase described in subsection (a).
