## SEC. 103 HIGHWAY SAFETY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT During the extension period, until H.R. 3684 (117th Congress) is enacted, section 403(h)(2) of title 23, United States Code, shall be applied— ####

(1)by substituting “2022” for “2021”; and ####

(2)by substituting “$31,872,000” for “$26,560,000”.
