## SEC. 18 JUDICIAL REVIEW OF EPA ACTIONS A civil action for judicial review of any final action of the Administrator under this Act may be brought only in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit or for the District of Columbia, and shall be brought not later than the 60th day after the date of such final action.
