## Sec. 207 authorization of appropriation for grants There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1980 to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission not to exceed $500,000 to be used for making grants to States which have entered into agreements with the Commission under section 274 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, to aid in the development of State regulatory programs under such section which implement the provisions of this Act.
