## SEC. 4013 AFG AND SAFER PROGRAM FUNDING In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $300,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2025, of which $100,000,000 shall be for assistance to firefighter grants and $200,000,000 shall be for staffing for adequate fire and emergency response grants.
