## SEC. 4008 HUMANITARIAN RELIEF In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $110,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2025, for the emergency food and shelter program for the purposes of providing humanitarian relief to families and individuals encountered by the Department of Homeland Security.
