## SEC. 2713 FUNDING FOR EXPANSION GRANTS FOR CERTIFIED COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICS In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary, acting through the Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use, for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $420,000,000, to remain available until expended, for grants to communities and community organizations that meet the criteria for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics pursuant to section 223(a) of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 (42 U.S.C. 1396a note). ## Subtitle I Exchange Grant Program
