## SEC. 2711 FUNDING FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WORKFORCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000, to remain available until expended, for carrying out section 756 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 294e-1).
