## SEC. 2205 CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following amounts, to remain available through September 30, 2023: ####
(1)$250,000,000 for carrying out the program authorized under section 201 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5116), which shall be allocated without regard to section 204(4) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 5116d(4)) and shall be allotted to States in accordance with section 203 of such Act (42 U.S.C. 5116b), except that— #####
(A)in subsection (b)(1)(A) of such section 203, “70 percent” shall be deemed to be “100 percent”; and #####
(B)subsections (b)(1)(B) and
(c)of such section 203 shall not apply; and ####
(2)$100,000,000 for carrying out the State grant program authorized under section 106 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5106a), whichshall be allocated without regard to section 112(a)(2) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 5106h(a)(2)).
