## SEC. 10005 MULTILATERAL ASSISTANCE In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is authorized and appropriated to the Secretary of State for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $580,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2022, to carry out the provisions of section 301(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2221(a)) to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, which shall include support for the priorities and objectives of the United Nations Global Humanitarian Response Plan COVID-19 through voluntary contributions to international organizations and programs administered by such organizations. # TITLE XI COMMITTEE ON INDIAN AFFAIRS
