## SECTION 1 SHORT TITLE This Act may be cited as the “Southwestern Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Consent Act”. 1This Act consists of Pub. L. 100–712 (102 Stat. 4773) enacted Nov. 23, 1988. The Act appears in the United States Code at 42 U.S.C. 2021d note.
