## SEC. 7009 CLARIFICATION OF METHODS USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING Section 8127(k)(3)(A) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking “and any other” and inserting “or any other”.
