## SEC. 1025 ELIMINATION OF PERIOD OF ELIGIBILITY FOR TRAINING AND REHABILITATION FOR CERTAIN VETERANS WITH SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITIES ###
(a)In General Section 3103 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “or (e)” and inserting “(e), or (g)”; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(g) > > Subsection
(a)shall not apply to a veteran who was discharged or released from active military, naval, or air service on or after January 1, 2013.” > . ###
(b)Conforming Amendment Section 6(c) of the Student Veteran Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 633; Public Law 116-140) is amended by striking paragraph (1). ## Subtitle B Pandemic Assistance
