## SECTION 1 SHORT TITLE This Act may be cited as the “Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Act”.1 1This Act consists of Pub. L. 96–573 (94 Stat. 3347) enacted Dec. 22, 1980, as amended by Pub. L. 99–240 (99 Stat. 1842) enacted Jan. 15, 1986. The Act appears in the United States Code at 42 U.S.C. 2021b et seq.
