## SEC. 322 INSPECTOR GENERAL ###
(a)In General The Inspector General of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall serve as the Inspector General of the Board, in accordance with chapter 4 of title 5, United States Code. ###
(b)Budget In the budget materials submitted to the President by the Board in connection with the submission to Congress, pursuant to section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, of the budget for each fiscal year, the Board shall ensure that a separate, dedicated procurement line item is designated for the services of an Inspector General under subsection (a). **[**[42 U.S.C. 2286k](/us/usc/t42/s2286k)**]** # TITLE II UNITED STATES ENRICHMENT CORPORATION103 103Section 3116(a)(1) of Public Law 104–134 (110 Stat. 1321–349) provides for the repeal of chapters 22 through 26 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. ## CHAPTER 27 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF URANIUM ENRICHMENT FACILITIES
