## SEC. 1702 LICENSING OF OTHER TECHNOLOGIES ###
(a)In General Corporation facilities using alternative technologies for uranium enrichment, including AVLIS, shall be licensed under sections 53, 63, and 193. ###
(b)Costs for Decontamination and Decommissioning The Corporation shall provide for the costs of decontamination and decommissioning of any Corporation facilities described in subsection
