## Sec. 121 Effect of International Arrangements Any provision of this Act or any action of the Commission to the extent and during the time that it conflicts with the provisions of any international arrangement made after the date of enactment of this Act shall be deemed to be of no force or effect. **[**[42 U.S.C. 2151](/us/usc/t42/s2151)**]**
