## SEC. 199E RELATED PROGRAMS **[**[42 U.S.C. 12655d](/us/usc/t42/s12655d)**]** An activity administered under the authority of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, that is operated for the same purpose as a program eligible to be carried out under this subtitle, is encouraged to use services available under this subtitle.
