## SEC. 199B LIMITATION ON PURCHASE OF CAPITAL EQUIPMENT **[**[42 U.S.C. 12655a](/us/usc/t42/s12655a)**]** Not to exceed 10 percent of the amount of assistance made available to a program agency under this subtitle shall be used for the purchase of major capital equipment.
