## Sec. 26 general provisions The provisions of this Act shall govern so far as applicable applications for registration and registrations on the supplemental register as well as those on the principal register, but applications for and registrations on the supplemental register shall not be subject to or receive the advantages of sections 1(b), 2(e), 2(f), 7(b), 7(c), 12(a), 13 to 18, inclusive, 22, 33, and 42 of this Act.15 15 Section 225(e)(2) of division Q of Public Law 116-260 amends section 26 by adding at the end the following:
“Registrations on the supplemental register shall be subject to ex parte expungement and ex parte reexamination under sections 16A and 16B, respectively.” Such amendment is subject to a delayed effective date and will take effect on 12/27/2021.
